Freedom of information
You have the right to ask to see documents held by PrimeSafe.
Your request must:
- be in writing
- describe the documents you want to see.
We can help you work out the documents you want to request. Phone us or send an email.
You will need to pay a $32.70 application fee. There could be other costs. For example searching for documents costs $24.50 per hour and photocopying costs 20 cents per page.
You may not have to pay the fee and costs if you are experiencing financial hardship. Talk to us about your situation.
